Twin Lakes are situated just north of town on Illinois Route 1 and are maintained by the City's Parks Board. Most Twin Lakes entertainment is organized and run by Don Farris or the Parks Board.
Big Daddy’s at the Lake……..Miniature golf, batting cages, horse shoe pits, concession stand, pontoon lake tours, fishing, playground, picnics areas and much more.

West Lake Open between Memorial Day & Labor Day. Some attractions open at the weekends after Labor Day. Contact City Hall (217) 465-7601 for more information. Batting Cages There are three batting cages for softball, Little League and fast ball speeds. Baseball teams and groups are welcome and should contact Don (217) 822-3825 for more information. Miniature Golf Don runs a full 18 hole Harris Miniature Golf golf course, which is handicap accessible. Anybody interested in starting a league should contact Don (217) 822-3825 for more information.
