Mayor Smith:

1. Motion to approve payment to Chapman and Cutler in the amount of $16,850 for legal services in connection with Refunding Bonds.
2. Motion to approve payment to Standard & Poor’s in the amount of $7,900 for services in connection with Refunding Bonds.
3. Motion to approve payment to Dunbar, Breitweiser & Company in the amount of $2,500 for professional services in connection with Refunding Bonds.
4. Motion to approve payment to Nelson Systems in the amount of $2,088.59 for maintenance of radio and phone recording systems.

1. Motion to approve Final Pay Estimate #2 to B & T Drainage in the amount of $1,000 for the Sanitary Sewer Extension on Route 1 South project.
2. Motion to approve payment to Wabash Valley Motor & Machine in the amount of $1,618.74 for inspection and repair of pump at the Sewage Treatment Plant.
3. Motion to approve payment to Wabash Valley Motor & Machine in the amount of $1,026.85 for shaft and parts at the Sewage Treatment Plant.
4. Motion to approve payment to Wabash Valley Motor & Machine for inspection and repairs to hydromatic pump at Sewage Treatment Plant.
5. Motion to authorize Francis Associates to advertise for bids for water main replacement on South Shore Drive.
